Earth 1 is going to explode

I have to say, this is one my more dissatisfying update to the game. I have to admit there are some advantages but not worth what we put in return. Many people have been developing their armies and empires to work to the title of Number 1. Now some of these people have dreams crushed and will not be able to have the oppurtunity to rise to power. Many of us forget the game is about pateince, and taking the to develop our way into the ranks. Now we all have to back our bags and leave for mars, which isn't about to explode. Although I have a suspicoius theory about this explosion. I speculate the admins set the bomb in the center of the earth, but I do not have evidence to back up such accusations.
Although now we have the oppurtunity to rise to the ranks again, will it make changes to the game as we everyone would speculate? No, I doubt it. Leaders of major alliances have said themselves on the forums, It would not matter wether we added relics or exploded the world, people of alliances and sub alliances are loyal to the alliances they serve. Even on the new outcoming earths people are already repeating the actions of the other worlds. Is it really possable to natural to destroy these occurances? Lokey of the TK has stated the creation of sub alliances and alliances is a natural existance, being a part human nature requiring team work and compassion.
Regardless of wether this explosion occurs, would there be any changes? Would this reset make a diffrence?

It'd be interesting if they wiped the current armies, gave everyone a huge level of funds and just let them run rampant... but I doubt it.
